It is threat level red in Arlington as the Renegades have yet to find a win five weeks into their 2024 campaign. After an improbable trip to the XFL Championship in 2024, the Cinderella story is over for the Renegades. They are 0-5 and it is not getting any better as we head into the back end of the inaugural UFL season.

The worst part about all of this is the fact that they have had a chance to win every single game this season. Let's go through and look:

The Renegades are four games behind the first-place Brahmas and have a -35 point differential. You can not win with that type of play. In terms of team stats, they rank middle of the pack in just about every statistical category, offensively and defensively. Bad luck? Maybe, but there is no excuse in a league with only eight teams.

As for my opinions on the situation, I think this just is not their year, we have seen comebacks before but they are in a hole that they are unlikely to get out of. It also seems like their offense will not be able to get it done, they should reconsider their offensive scheme, when they get momentum, they either give it away or the offense shuts down entirely. As for the Renegade fans, I wish you luck, and maybe next year they can turn it around but it has not been fun being an Arlington Renegade fan this year.
