Unleashing the Power: Getting to Know Darius Victor, Memphis Showboats RB

Darius Victor is one of the most captivating players in the UFL. The combination of speed and power has taken the spring football universe by storm. The 5'8", 209 running back out of Towson University has had a long journey to get to this point. Born March 6th, 1994 in a refugee camp in Ivory Coast during the First Liberian Civil War. His toughness and mental fortitude have led him to a successful pro football career and an elevated status as one of the fan-favorite players in the UFL.

Team selection, his found his way down the road to Towson University, where he continued to succeed. He accumulated over 3,300 yards and 41 touchdowns. Going undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft, Darius refused to give up on his NFL aspirations, spending time with the New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals and even a stint in the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Victor then found success in the now defunct XFL 2.0 in 2020 before it was cancelled in direct result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Needing a home in 2022 and still pushing to play professional football, Victor was drafted by the New Jersey Generals of the USFL and never looked back. Winning Offensive Player of the Year in 2022 and collecting 1,131 yards and 17 touchdowns over his two-year USFL career.

Now he finds his way to Memphis, in a Showboat's backfield that is sure to amaze!
